Having served the Gulf Coast of the US for approximately 20 years from its location in Houston, TX, Philadelphia Gear has now reinvested in a brand new facility in order to upgrade the suite of services we offer this important customer base. Our state-of-the-art Regional Service Center has over 40,000 square feet of office and manufacturing space and is equipped with:

Manufacturing Services

• Three test stands
• 30,000 horsepower
• 25,000 RPM input speeds
• API capability
• Load testing
• On-site grinding, hobbing and shaving
• Electronic gear checking
• 35-Ton crane capacity
• Comprehensive machine shop
• Isolated dirty and clean work areas
• On-site engineering and technical consultations
• Roll stand to check gear contact, simulate housing parallelism and system integrity
• EPA approved painting and cleaning facilities with water and waste recovery systems

Driving in from the North

• Take Sam Houston Tollway (Beltway 8) west and/or south.
• Exit Clay Rd. / Kempwood Dr.
• Turn right onto Clay Road.
• In 3/10 mile, at the first traffic light, turn right onto Brittmoore Rd.
• Drive on Brittmoore Rd. 9/10 mile to Train Ct. Train Court is a short street on the right side only between the Deepwater and Swiff-Train buildings.
• Turn right onto Train Ct. PGC - Houston is in the second building on the left.

Driving in from the South

• Take Sam Houston Tollway (Beltway 8) west and/or north.
• Exit Clay Rd. / Tanner Rd.
• Turn left onto Clay Road.
• In 3/10 mile, turn right onto Brittmoore Rd. at the traffic light.
• Drive on Brittmoore Rd. 9/10 mile to Train Ct. Train Court is a short street on the right side only between the Deepwater and Swiff-Train buildings.

• Take I-10 East to Sam Houston Tollway (Beltway 8) North.
