Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Southeast Region

Philadelphia Gear has a current opening for a Regional Sales Manager for our Southeast region. This position reports into the General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for personally directing all business development efforts in the region, annual business planning, and meeting company objectives for product sales, mix, and profitability. The duties of this position include the maintenance of existing customer relationships and product sales, while also developing new customers within our strategy guidelines. Prior sales experience (5-10 years) is required. Due to the nature of this opportunity, the selected candidate must currently live in or relocate to the region within 60 days of being awarded the position.

The position also requires an ability to set goals and deliver results, manage time and priorities, oversee project requirement specifications, and to be able to interact with all levels of customers, vendors, and PGC management.
